WHO WE ARE

SEEDS Community Resolution Center (SEEDS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community-based organization that provides mediation, facilitation and training:Services that Encourage Effective Dialogue and Solutions.

SEEDS, formerly East Bay Community Mediation, represents the recent union of three community mediation programs in Alameda County:Berkeley Dispute Resolution Service, Conciliation Forums of Oakland, and Mediation Services covering Hayward/Castro Valley/Fremont

SEEDS currently is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors. We have six paid staff that manage our program areas and/or provide administrative support for the organization.

Most of our direct services are provided by over 150 dedicated and experienced volunteers who serve pro bono as community mediators, facilitators and trainers and other capacities to help carry out the critical work of SEEDS Community Resolution Center.
